We know it can be daunting buying preloved items, and we want to make sure that you are happy with any purchase. of course, with many items being pre-owned, some things will show signs of use and wear. We endeavour to be 100% transparent with our photos and descriptions, but please feel free to pop us a message if you would like further detail or images on any item. Quality Guide

Treasures we have been lucky enough to discover, that are brand new, with their tags or sealed in boxes. Some items maybe unused, without a tag still intact. We will state this in individual descriptions.
Good Preloved Condition
Preloved items that are of course used, but in great condition. No noticed marks and very little signs of wear.
Fair Preloved Condition
Much loved pre-owned items. They may have minor stubborn marks, that we have not been able to remove during the cleaning process. Wash wear, such as bobbling and fading to clothes. Still plenty of life left, we won't sell anything we see as unfit.
